The twin/double room suited us: it had a mini fridge, coffee, and tea/coffee. The location was central, perfect close to the town centre. Besides, we were really close to a very enjoyable establishment run by Louise and Mark Rickman, both very friendly and pleasant people, Falmouth and the surround area, and sea and town.

A nice size and well-equipped room with very big beds, a kettle, central heating, and iron and ironing board. Freshly cooked and absolutely superb breakfast with plenty of good foods.
